Meet the team: Benjamin Clarke
Benjamin is our Global Markets Manager, working to improve the business conditions for solar and handling relations with partners across the world.
“I coordinate the work of our Global Markets Workstream, and engage with governments in fast growth markets outside of Europe to improve the business conditions for solar. I also work with the European Commission to highlight strategic priorities for their international development funding and finally, I coordinate the international cooperation projects that we do with partners around the world.”
Benjy is British-Belgian and speaks fluent English and French!
I am very lucky in my job to be able to travel and work with people from different continents. This has been massively enriching personally and professionally to learn to adapt to different business cultures (and cultures in general) and to work with committed solar professionals globally.
My favourite professional memories are always ones that involve me interacting with the rest of the team, and if I had to define my team by one word, it would be “passionate”.
